You must keep a spare towel with you to wipe sweating from skin. However, gyms offer paper towels that can used after session while sitting on bench. There is possibility that you could not find a clean towel in gym, so carrying your own is a better way to prevent from any trouble.

Running Shoes:

Apart from the fitness clothes, you must carry running shoes that are best fit to your personality as well. The shoes must be helpful, well cushioned and should be somewhat breathable.

Deodorant:

Don’t forget to get a deodorant or spray to get refresh, after having an activity it would be helpful to cope up with any kind of smell.

Music Player:


If you have to run some miles on the treadmill, than good music can help you to get entertained along with exercise.
